Hi Gayle,
I was so shocked to learn of your Mom's passing...it was just a couple of weeks ago that I chatted with her at Fred Meyer's, and she was telling me how glad she was to still be living on her own and still so very active. It's wonderful that she could remain independent for so long and that you two could still enjoy each other's company. Our mothers are our strength, both when they are with us and after they have gone. I know that you will always take great pride in the way that she lived her life and the example that she set. I hope that you will take comfort in knowing that many people are thinking of you and keeping you in their prayers.

We were both so shocked and saddened to hear of Margret's passing. Her ready smile and friendly personality were always a pleasure to encounter. Gayle, we know you and she were so close. There is a huge empty place left that will never be filled but all the wonderful memories you have can be such a comfort for you now.You are very much in our hearts and minds at this time.

Margaret was a "lady" in every sense of the word --- a wonderful, energetic person who had a way with flowers and organizing events. She will be missed.
